The other day I fixed Yakisoba, or fried Chinese noodle arranged as Japanese way.
I have loved Maruchan Yakisoba in my entire life so far, when it comes to home made Yakisoba, and cannot accept any other different brands.
I cut carrot, green pepper, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, pork, and fry them with shrimp and bean sprouts added on, meanwhile I heat the noodle about 1-2 minutes in microwave oven.
When the ingredients get enough heated, I add the sauce, then warmed noodle, and stir.
That’s it. It’s that easy!
